If you purchased the $2.98 protection for free return, exchange or store credit at the original time of checkout, there is no cost to return the package. You will be able to submit a return for store credit or exchange and receive a pre-paid label through our returns center.

If you did not purchase the $2.98 protection, you will be responsible for the return shipping label fee. 

The shoes have to be purchased on SAOLA.com and the request must be made within 30 days after the delivery date.


All products must be returned in original packaging. Shoes returned with damaged or missing packaging are subject to a $5 restocking fee.

Refunds will be processed within 10 business days after receipt and inspection of the products at our warehouse. 

If you purchased shoes from one of our retail partners, please return them directly to that location, where they will issue you a warranty exchange or refund.

Warranty

SAOLA offers a 6-month warranty for any manufacturer defects in materials or workmanship. This does not include normal wear and tear, improper care, product abuse, or use of product for unintended purposes. Warranties may be submitted up to six months after the original date of purchase.

If you purchased shoes directly from our online store, please email hi@saola.com with your order number, proof of purchase, and photos detailing your issue.

If you purchased shoes from one of our retail partners, please return them directly to that location, where they will issue you a warranty exchange or refund.
