- Your gift card is delivered directly to your inbox and all you have to do is share the code you received with someone you know.
- It is also possible to forward the email to your loved one.
- Your gift card may take a few hours to arrive while our staff validates the payment.
- A gift card does not require any additional fees and cannot be exchanged or returned.
- A gift card never expires or loses its value.
Shipping: we ship within two business days (48 hours) after you place your order. We offer free shipping for all orders over $99. (Within the Continental United States).
Insoles can not be returned or exchanged.

Depending on the style, there are two ways to clean your SAOLAs. In both cases, be sure to remove the insoles first.
For these models:
TSAVO - WANAKA KNIT - CANNON KNIT - WANAKA CANVAS - CANNON CANVAS - VIRUNGA, take out the cork insole before machine washing your shoes. Use a gentle cycle and keep the water temperature below 30°C (86°F)
For these models:
WANAKA - WANAKA WATERPROOF - WANAKA WATERPROOF WARM - ALTA VIBRAM – BERGEN (ALL) - CANNON - CANNON WATERPROOF - CANNON KNIT WOOL - TSAVO WOOL - TSAVO WATERPROOF - CANNON LINEN - CANNON VL - SEQUOIA, first, remove the cork insole. Then, wash your shoes by hand using a sponge and mild soap.
To clean your insoles, simply remove them from the shoes and wash gently by hand using a sponge and mild soap
If you are in between two shoe sizes, we recommend sizing up.
