These were given as a gift, because I have some myself and love them! My friend thinks they are the most comfortable shoes he has ever worn! Thanks Saola!
Great shoes. Very comfortable! I had a shipping issue and worked with their customer service team and their customer service team was excellent to work with - very responsive - I would recommend the company and the shoes.
I have some major issues with my feet from neuropathy, hardened callouses to PF and these shoes are the only ones I have found that give me both comfort and style. Huge fan, have two pairs and will definitely be buying more!
I'm blown away by these shoes! I was already stoked on the sustainability efforts and the cork insole, but actually wearing them has sealed the deal for me. I've had them about two weeks and have used them both with and without socks (they're even more comfortable sockless). I spent a lot of time walking around town and even on the beach. They slip on easily thanks to the stretch knit upper and even after a full day on my feet, they didn't hurt. I'll definitely be buying at least one more pair of Saola!
Comfortable and I like the cork sole feel and arch support. I usually wear size 11 in Adidas, Northface, Goruck shoes to name a few but had to go to an 11.5 in these.
I own the Cannon Knit 2.0 in five colors. I’m genuinely obsessed. They’re lightweight, functional, and sharp enough to dress up or down without trying too hard.
I get compliments constantly.
Maintenance is ridiculously easy. If they pick up a small scuff, a few dry swipes with a fuzzy microfiber cloth usually does the trick. If they’re dirtier than that, I follow SAOLA’s care instructions: pull out the cork insole, wash them at 86°F or lower (I just use cold), and let them air dry outside.
They come out looking almost brand new every time.
The only real wear I’ve noticed on older pairs is the laces. I’d love to see SAOLA offer replacement laces. For now, I clean up any piling with a fabric shaver and keep them in rotation.
The insoles have a very rigid and high arch for some reason. It caused me a good bit of pain the first two days wearing them, until I had to buy new insoles and take these ones out. I've never had shoes with such hard/firm and high arched insoles. Other than that, I like the style.
Can't thank y'all enough for the exceptional customer service! The way you handled my shoe problem guess a long way in my book. I've been telling all my friends about it and the great shoes that you sell.
