What size should I choose?
Order your usual size. If you're between sizes, size up. The shoe fits comfortably and the insole is removable.
Wrong size? You can return or exchange your pair within 30 days of delivery, free of charge with return protection added at checkout.
Can I wear them in the rain?
Our wool styles aren't waterproof: they're made for the city in dry or cool weather. For rainy days, check out our Quito Waterproof.
How do I care for them?
Remove the insole, rinse the upper with water, then let it air-dry in a well-ventilated space. Hand-wash the insoles with a sponge and soap.
Will they keep my feet warm in winter?
ZQ merino wool is naturally temperature-regulating: it keeps your feet warm from the first chilly fall days, without overheating. Soft against bare skin, it can even be worn without socks.
